BSG Maintenance Inc is hiring a Clinical Housekeeping Lead for our Healthcare PM Shift in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin — a hands-on leadership role keeping medical facilities clean, safe, and ready for patient care during evening hours.
About the Role
As the Clinical Housekeeping Lead at BSG Maintenance Inc, you will guide our environmental services (EVS) team across multiple healthcare sites in the Oconomowoc area. Working a full-time, Monday-through-Friday evening schedule (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM), you'll combine frontline cleaning expertise with people leadership, ensuring every space meets the high sanitation standards expected in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor EVS technicians and housekeeping staff throughout assigned facilities
- Partner with the Supervisor to manage daily operations and coordinate the evening team's workflow
- Build a workplace culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement
- Uphold healthcare cleaning and disinfection protocols to support patient and staff safety
- Help schedule, train, and support team members so each shift runs smoothly and consistently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare housekeeping, environmental services, or clinical cleaning preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards
- Reliable availability for the full-time evening shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Willingness to work across multiple sites in the Oconomowoc and Waukesha County area
