Responsibilities

• Actively locate and engage capable professionals throughout Latin America for marketing positions so that substantial candidate streams take shape both rapidly and steadily.
• Record and arrange every contacted prospect inside the applicant tracking system so that qualified people advance without delay through successive hiring stages.
• Carry out Boolean queries together with talent-mapping and competitor-mapping exercises that reveal hard-to-find matches.
• Create and measure varied structured outreach sequences that improve response quality among passive talent.

What We're Looking For

• One to four years practicing sourcing or recruitment work.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter or analogous discovery platforms.
• Proven ability to attract candidates who are not currently seeking change.
• Background placing Latin American talent into roles at U.S. employers.
• Mastery of Boolean techniques, talent mapping, and competitor mapping.
• Familiarity with systematic testing of outreach approaches.
• Business fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Prior work sourcing marketing specialists—paid media, content, or graphic design—is highly desirable.
• Capacity to manage six simultaneous openings counts as an advantage.
• Comfort with Workable as the ATS is beneficial.
• Earlier partnership with recruiters, account managers, or client hiring managers is a plus.
