Your Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment plans, and align on hiring timelines and priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent hiring-stage discussions to identify best-fit talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting openings through offer extension and pre-start communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates on open requisitions to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and process improvements that strengthen Simpro’s ability to attract Talent Acquisition Partner-caliber professionals and other key hires in the Miami, Florida area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar people-focused role, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Partner or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both candidates and internal teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Ability to operate effectively in an onsite Miami, Florida setting and build trusted relationships across functions.
• Familiarity with employment regulations and commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices.
