Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar people-focused role, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Partner or equivalent. Strong working knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both candidates and internal teams. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Ability to operate effectively in an onsite Miami Office setting and build trusted relationships across functions.
