About This Position

We are a Berlin-based, family-owned IT service provider with over 15 years of experience. Our team manages the IT infrastructure for more than 15,000 employees across over 2,500 locations in the care sector. The focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the care sector. Our 2nd-Level Support team is divided into two groups. In the "Application & Infrastruktur" team, you will handle complex disruptions in various applications as well as underlying infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When challenges arise, you will analyze causes, find practical solutions, and work together to ensure that our customers can always rely on their systems and applications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Bearbeitung remote komplexer Störungstickets in den Bereichen Application & Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Microsoft-Umfeld sowie verschiedenen Applikationen aus dem Pflegebereich
• Wiederherstellung von Ordnern und Erweiterung von Ressourcen virtueller Systeme
• Analyse und Lösung komplexer Störungen in unterschiedlichen Applikationen und Infrastrukturen
• Kooperation mit anderen Teams zur Überwindung technischer Herausforderungen

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemadministrator (m/w/d) for our 2nd-Level Application & Infrastruktur team. You should have:

• Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, particularly within the Microsoft environment
• Detailed knowledge of application support, including various care sector applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility for remote working (home office or coworking space) or occasional visits to our Berlin office if needed
