About the Role

The agile Operations Team is responsible for the smooth operation of our products and services. This ensures that our software development teams can develop and manage scalable and resilient services. As an IT-Systemadministrator with a focus on networking, you will be involved in operating our hybrid cloud and network infrastructure, managing firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortigate), WAN administration, and configuring Kubernetes / OpenShift / RHEL. You will also contribute to the further development and new construction of technical infrastructures, analyze and resolve incidents, implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), Configuration Management (Ansible), Security Management, and GitOps.

What You'll Do

• Betrieb und Wartung der hybriden Cloud- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
• Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortigate) verwalten und konfigurieren
• WAN Administration durchführen und Konfiguration von Kubernetes / OpenShift / RHEL
• Weiter- und Neuentwicklung technischer Infrastrukturen
• Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen
• Nach Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), Configuration Management (Ansible) und Security Management umsetzen
• GitOps implementieren

Skills & Qualifications

• Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Betriebserfahrung in Netzwerkinfrastruktur, dynamischen Routingprotokollen (BGP), WAN-Anbindungen und Firewalls
• Optional: Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Containern auf RedHat OpenShift und in der Cloud (Microsoft Azure)
• Gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsbereitschaft
• Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen, erfolgsorientierten Arbeiten im Team
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
