The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Surgery Coordinator to join our team at EyeHealth Northwest in the Maywood Park area of Multnomah County. This full-time position requires someone who can effectively manage patient surgeries and procedures while maintaining clear communication with patients, coworkers, and physicians.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient surgeries and other medical procedures.
• Maintain and update patient information in the database accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with patients, coworkers, and physicians to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of patient care are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
