This Customer Success Project Manager position at Biointellisense reports directly to the VP of Customer Success and belongs to the Customer Solution Delivery group inside Operations. The role centers on guiding new program integrations for health systems and offering continued assistance as those customers expand. You will work in a remote-first lean startup setting alongside collaborative colleagues who value growth and shared purpose while navigating a quick tempo of work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams through every phase of delivery
  • Define project scope then plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives so they stay within agreed budget, timeline, and boundaries
  • Create, track, and generate reports that document project status and progress
  • Monitor developments and deliver clear updates to stakeholders, customers, and fellow project participants
  • Uphold a polished professional approach while safeguarding confidentiality, accuracy, precise details, and thorough project follow-through

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skill leading cross-functional project teams for customer program work
  • Ability to set project scope and carry initiatives through to completion inside fixed budget, schedule, and scope limits
  • Proficiency developing progress tracking systems and presenting updates to varied audiences
  • Professional polished presence combined with unwavering focus on confidentiality, accuracy, detail orientation, and reliable project closure
  • Experience integrating new programs with health systems and supporting ongoing customer growth

About the Role
 
The Customer Success Project Manager will report to the VP of Customer Success. Within the Operations team there are five groups: Integrated Supply Chain, Data Services; Program Management, Technical Solution Delivery and Customer Solution Delivery. This role will be in the Customer Solution Delivery group and be responsible for new program integrations with health systems and continuing to support customers as they grow.
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross functional project teams, defining project scope, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will be responsible for developing, tracking, and reporting on the projects. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, customers, or project team members. The ideal candidate displays a professional and polished demeaner while also exhibiting an exceptional commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, detail, and project follow-up
