The Opportunity

At Target, we are seeking a Lead Supply Chain Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of the operating model program office, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain programs that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple business units. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement operating models that align with Target's overall strategy and objectives
• Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize supply chain processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless program execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet critical milestones
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide regular updates and reports on program progress to senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong understanding of operating models and their application in the supply chain context
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Affinity for hybrid work arrangements; must be willing to commute to the Minneapolis office when required
