About This Position

Hatch is seeking a highly skilled Study Manager to join our team in Bayswater. As a Study Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project studies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate study outputs that support business objectives.

• Lead and manage project studies from initiation through completion
• Ensure all studies comply with relevant regulations and client requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and consultants
• Develop and maintain study plans and schedules
• Analyze data and prepare reports for stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

The Study Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of project studies to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Managing study teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of deliverables
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and study methodologies
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
