About the Role

You'll lead cross-functional teams delivering enterprise transformation initiatives, helping Fortune 500 organizations reimagine their business models in an AI-enabled world. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on leadership of complex engagements that reshape how enterprises operate, compete, and innovate. You'll report directly to senior leadership and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite clients navigating major organizational change.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position Accenture's enterprise reinvention services across target industries and geographies
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale transformation engagements, managing scope, delivery quality, and profitability
• Identify market opportunities and evangelize AI-driven business reinvention to enterprise decision makers
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation
• Collaborate across Accenture's service lines to develop integrated solutions that address enterprise clients' most critical business challenges
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive account growth through thought leadership and strategic insight

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex client engagements or business transformation initiatives
• Deep knowledge of enterprise business models, digital transformation, and organizational change management
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and inspire teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
