About the Role
As the TSL Performance Management and Data Specialist at Esc Region 6, you will lead advanced project management efforts that shape district-wide performance and success. You'll take ownership of strategic initiatives from conception through completion, identifying key activities, responsible owners, success metrics, required resources, and stakeholder communication plans essential to executing major milestones.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project management frameworks for Texas Strategic Leadership initiatives
- Identify critical project activities, define ownership, establish success criteria, and allocate necessary resources
- Monitor and manage district progress toward established milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Analyze performance data to inform decision-making and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Facilitate collaborative discussions with stakeholders to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and potential barriers
- Create communication plans that keep teams aligned and informed throughout project execution
- Generate performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, performance analysis, or data-driven strategy execution
- Strong proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks
- Knowledge of educational initiatives, district operations, or strategic planning is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
