About the Role

As Purchasing Storeroom Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our storeroom operations, managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining organized storage systems that keep our properties running smoothly. You'll work directly with our procurement team to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed, accurately tracked, and stored according to standards.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming orders and shipments
• Organize and maintain storeroom inventory with accurate labeling and placement
• Process purchase requisitions and track items through the ordering cycle
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of stock levels, deliveries, and distributions
• Ensure compliance with storage and safety standards
• Assist with quality assurance checks on received materials
• Support purchasing staff with data entry and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and availability

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some retail, warehouse, or purchasing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly
• Proficiency with inventory or procurement systems
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
