About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming orders and shipments
  • Organize and maintain storeroom inventory with accurate labeling and placement
  • Process purchase requisitions and track items through the ordering cycle
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain detailed records of stock levels, deliveries, and distributions
  • Ensure compliance with storage and safety standards
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on received materials
  • Support purchasing staff with data entry and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and availability
