Role Overview

Econo Foods is a fast-growing FMCG Retail company specializing in frozen foods. As the Store Manager for our branch in Cape Town, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales and profitability.

Core Duties

• Manage store operations to ensure smooth running of daily activities
• Develop and maintain a positive team environment that fosters customer service excellence
• Monitor inventory levels, order products as needed, and manage stock rotation
• Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer traffic
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Affinity for the FMCG industry, particularly in frozen food retailing
