About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our brand new Cockburn store set to open early November 2026. As an integral part of our team, you will bring energy, leadership, and a genuine love for enhancing the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Train and mentor staff to achieve excellence in performance
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement
• Manage inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
