About This Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at The Base in Hamilton. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store's operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a passionate team of associates to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the footwear industry.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Experience with inventory management systems is desirable.
