Epicor is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative in Indonesia (nationwide) (nationwide) to spark new sales conversations, qualify high-value prospects, and help build a pipeline that fuels growth across manufacturing, distribution, and retail markets.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative at Epicor, you'll sit at the front line of revenue generation, blending proactive cold outreach with thoughtful follow-up on warm, marketing-sourced leads. Working closely with field sales counterparts in Indonesia (nationwide) (nationwide), you'll identify mid-sized and large organizations, open doors with senior decision-makers, and set the stage for winning deals. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a driven seller ready to grow into future leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting—researching targets, planning approaches, reaching out across phone, email, and social channels, and handing qualified prospects to sales.
- Build genuine relationships with relevant stakeholders, including C-level executives at mid-sized and large companies.
- Re-engage warm leads who have responded to marketing campaigns and nurture them through early sales stages.
- Partner with sales teammates to build pipeline and deliver qualified leads that support company revenue goals.
- Hit and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard targets—calls scheduled and completed, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.
- Mentor and coach newer BDRs, sharing best practices and modeling strong business acumen.
- Carry out market research to inform Territory Managers, and keep CRM records accurate and current.
- Deepen your understanding of Epicor's applications, value proposition, and differentiators to elevate every conversation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years in customer service, call center, or inside sales.
- Two or more years within a related industry such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, or automotive.
- Telephone or solution-selling experience, ideally in software, with a history of managing leads through a pipeline.
- Polished phone presence plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence answering prospect questions about products, services, and implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ambition for future leadership roles; quota-carrying experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing and sales fundamentals.
