Sr. Specialist – Real Estate Management

About the Role

As a Senior Specialist focused on real estate management, you will provide strategic oversight and advisory services on complex real estate portfolios and transactions for corporate and institutional clients. This role combines hands-on portfolio management with in-depth expertise in property analysis, asset valuation, and real estate advisory—supporting clients throughout the Houston region and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Manage real estate portfolios and develop strategic management recommendations for client assets
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and performance evaluation of real estate holdings
• Support due diligence activities for acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and other major transactions
• Coordinate lease administration and provide guidance on commercial real estate agreements
• Deliver valuation support and market research to inform client real estate decisions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting and communication
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and applicable accounting standards
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development within the department

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in real estate management, portfolio management, or real estate advisory services
• Deep knowledge of real estate markets, asset valuation methodologies, and portfolio strategy
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience with real estate modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with both clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated project management and organizational expertise
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related discipline
• Professional certifications (CRE, MAI, or similar real estate credentials) highly preferred
• Proficiency with financial analysis platforms and Microsoft Office applications
