The Opportunity

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Director or Director to lead the Strategy & Planning team in the Real World Late Phase and Real World Evidence space. This role will be based in Canada (nationwide) (nationwide), working full-time with no remote option available.

• Key responsibilities include driving strategic planning initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Experience in late phase clinical trials and real-world evidence is essential, along with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for Real World Late Phase/Real World Evidence projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data analysis and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless integration of strategy and planning efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide timely guidance to the organization.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development and execution, particularly in late phase clinical trials and real-world evidence.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
