Sr Acct Mgr– Neoscaler & Infrastructure Solutions-Orange Wholesale

Orange Business is hiring a Senior Account Manager for our Neoscaler & Infrastructure Solutions division in Reston, Fairfax County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead strategic customer relationships while driving growth across our enterprise infrastructure and networking solutions portfolio.

About the Role

You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of Orange Business infrastructure and network solutions. Operating at the intersection of complex technical services and business development, you'll translate customer needs into revenue-generating opportunities while building partnerships that strengthen over time.

What You'll Do

• Own and expand relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and customer retention
• Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Neoscaler & Infrastructure Solutions offering
• Partner with technical teams to ensure successful customer implementations and swift resolution of escalated issues
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and Orange Business capabilities
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals to maximize customer lifetime value
• Monitor account health and proactively address satisfaction and competitive threats
• Represent Orange Business in executive-level meetings and quarterly business reviews

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of account management experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships
• Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and generating new revenue within assigned portfolios
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, or technology solutions—or proven ability to quickly master technical concepts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers
• Strategic mindset that balances account growth with customer success
• Self-directed approach with excellent organizational and time-management skills
