About This Position

We are currently seeking a new graduate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Down South Therapy in Rockingham, Australia (nationwide) (nationwide). As a full-time, on-site position, this role offers extensive support and an environment where you can make meaningful contributions while feeling supported.

What You'll Do

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating clients to determine their communication needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by the organization and regulatory bodies.
