We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant at Smokemart and GiftBox in Adelaide CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their tobacco and gifting needs, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked store, restocking shelves and arranging merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to build long-term relationships with customers.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in a retail environment, preferably in tobacco or gift sales.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and inventory.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
