CNC Mazak Set -up Operator

The Workplace is hiring experienced CNC Mazak Set-up Operators for our Argyle facility. This is a full-time, direct-hire position ideal for skilled machinists ready to take ownership of setup, programming, and equipment operation.

About the Role

We're looking for accomplished CNC operators to join our team in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. As a Mazak Set-up Operator, you'll independently manage the complete operation of precision CNC equipment, from initial setup through final quality verification.

What You'll Do

• Set up CNC Mazak machines for production runs with precision and efficiency
• Program and edit parts using Mazatrol conversational programming
• Run and monitor Mazak equipment to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot programming and equipment issues independently
• Verify completed parts meet specifications and tolerances
• Maintain equipment and work area according to shop standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating CNC Mazak machinery
• Strong proficiency with Mazatrol conversational programming
• Solid foundation in machining practices and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
