As a Journeyman Electrician at SMSI, you'll tackle a range of electrical installations, service calls, and system repairs across Tulsa-area job sites. What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective, code-compliant solutions
• Run conduit, pull wire, terminate devices, and set panels according to NEC and local Tulsa codes
• Coordinate with project leads, other trades, and customers to keep work on schedule
• Uphold jobsite safety standards and contribute to a culture where everyone goes home safely
• Share your knowledge with apprentices and less-experienced crew members

What We're Looking For

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Oklahoma license required or ability to obtain)
• Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local regulations
• Proven hands-on experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and single-line diagrams with confidence
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality results for customers
• Ability to work on your feet, lift equipment, and perform tasks at heights as required
