About the Role

As an assistant manager you will help translate corporate goals into actionable floor plans, ensure that every shift meets speed and accuracy targets, and act as a point of contact for both team members and customers when the store manager is unavailable.

What You'll Do

• Support the store manager in supervising all restaurant functions, including food preparation, order assembly, and delivery coordination.
• Lead, train, and motivate crew members, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to foster a high‑performing team.
• Maintain consistent food quality, temperature control, and portion accuracy in accordance with Domino’s operational standards.
• Monitor service speed and order accuracy, adjusting staffing or processes as needed to meet performance goals.
• Assist with creating weekly schedules, managing labor costs, and overseeing inventory levels to minimize waste and control expenses.
• Participate in hiring activities, conduct onboarding for new hires, and facilitate ongoing training programs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning potentially negative experiences into loyal‑customer opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, performing routine checks and corrective actions.
• Perform cash‑Perform cash‑handling duties, including till reconciliations, deposit preparation, and securing of financial assets.
