Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming sales and service calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales and Service Associates
- Collaborate daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and Service Manager to keep the schedule flowing
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details
