Walt Massey Chevrolet Chatom is hiring a full-time Automotive Service BDC Representative in Chatom, Washington County. Join our family-owned automotive group and help customers find the vehicle maintenance and repair services they need while driving growth in our expanding Service Business Development Center.
About the Role
The Service BDC plays a crucial role in Walt Massey Chevrolet Chatom's service department. As an Automotive Service BDC Representative, you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and build relationships that encourage repeat business. This is a customer-facing position in a fast-paced dealership environment where your communication and organizational skills make a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound service calls and emails from customers requesting appointments and information
- Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
- Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership systems
- Follow up with customers to drive retention and encourage future service visits
- Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with the service team
- Support service sales initiatives and vehicle care program offerings
