About This Position
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and acting as a trusted link between our customers and the workshop team ensuring every vehicle’s service journey is managed with professionalism, care, and clear communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide pre-service consultations to ensure customers understand their vehicle's needs and services required.
- Accurately schedule and manage customer appointments in the workshop.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all services provided.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using service management software and CRM systems.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
