The Opportunity

dunnhumby, a global leader in Customer Data Science, is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our team. As a key member of the research department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and strategic decision-making by understanding customer needs and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through various methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform product development and business strategies
• Create detailed reports and present findings to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on user needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in user research or a related field
• A strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A deep understanding of customer behavior and journey mapping
