About the Role

As a Senior Specialist, Data Analytics at Cardinal Health, you will help steward the complete analytics life-cycle in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite. The Data & Analytics function exists to surface meaningful insights, anticipate emerging opportunities, and give the organization a measurable competitive edge. In this on-site position, you will support the analytic data platforms and reporting environments that leaders rely on every day to make confident, evidence-based choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, and communicate relevant insights that shape and inform key business decisions.
• Help design, build, and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions that serve internal stakeholders.
• Support the management of analytic data platforms, including how data is accessed, structured, and delivered.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Anticipate opportunities where data can create a strategic advantage for the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
• Comfort working across the analytics life-cycle, from data access and design through implementation and presentation.
• Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools, plus the data platforms that power them.
• Strong analytical thinking paired with the communication skills to present insights persuasively.
• Ability to work on-site in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite as part of a collaborative analytics team.
