About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our dynamic team at McVeagh Fleming in Albany, North Shore. As a key member of our Family law practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal advice and support to clients during some of life's most challenging moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on family law matters including separation, divorce, child custody, and property division.
- Preparing and filing court documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Representing clients in court proceedings as required.
- Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborating closely with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Solicitor in Family Law, or relevant legal practice area.
- A strong understanding of family law principles and court procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a supportive work environment.
