About This Position
The role of an Associate or Senior Associate at McVeagh Fleming in the Property/Private Wealth division is to provide expert legal advice and support to clients. Responsibilities include conducting research, drafting documents, managing client relationships, and participating in team projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law and relevant experience in property or private wealth matters.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis for clients
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and trusts
- Manage client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and reports
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property or private wealth matters, for Senior Associate role; 1-3 years for Associate role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
