About This Position
A highly competitive full-time position offering a salary well above industry standards. The role is based in the Perth CBD and requires working 37 hours per week over five days.
- Monday to Wednesday, Thursday: 9am–5:30pm
- Saturday: 11am–4pm
- Tuesday and Sunday off
What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be an experienced furniture or interiors professional with a proven track record in showroom styling, merchandising, and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the styling of the showroom to ensure it reflects Marc and Main's brand identity.
- Developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are positive and memorable.
