Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct comprehensive immunological experiments and assays, applying advanced techniques and emerging methodologies
• Analyze complex immunological data, interpret results, and draw meaningful scientific conclusions
• Contribute to the development and optimization of immunological assays and protocols for research applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other scientists, clinical researchers, and project managers to advance program objectives
• Prepare scientific reports, maintain detailed laboratory documentation, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
• Stay current with immunological literature and scientific advances to inform research strategy

What We're Looking For

• PhD in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in immunological research, drug development, or related biotech environments
• Strong proficiency in immunological techniques and assay development
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative research setting
• Experience with regulatory considerations in drug development is a plus
