Hasbro’s AI Studio is building playful experiences that bring our beloved characters to life through AI. We’re building groundbreaking tools and experiences for licensed, brand-safe AI characters – spanning software, IP, partnerships, and physical/digital products. This role sits at the center of execution.
You will be responsible for keeping complex, cross-functional initiatives moving – across product, engineering, legal/licensing, and external partners – while maintaining clarity, momentum, and accountability. We’re an AI-forward team and you’ll have the same curiosity and commitment to building using the best AI tools and fastest, most efficient workflows.
What You Will do as a Project Manager:
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Own timelines, milestones, and dependencies across product and engineering workstreams
- Translate product strategy into clear execution plans and operating rhythms
- Surface risks early and drive resolution before they become problems
Be the Operational Backbone
- Run weekly planning, standups, and cross-team syncs with purpose and follow-through
- Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, priorities, and decisions
- Ensure documentation, decisions, and next steps are captured and accessible
Coordinate Beyond Product & Engineering
- Track and support external relationships (partners, licensors, vendors)
- Help manage licensing and partnership workflows alongside legal and business leads
- Follow up on commitments and ensure nothing drops between teams
Support Leadership
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs
- Help leadership stay focused on decisions rather than chasing execution
- Act as an early warning system when scope, timelines, or resources are misaligned
What You Will Bring:
- 4-7 years in project management, program management, operations, or similar roles
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
- Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong systems thinker – can hold many threads at once
- Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical partners
- Highly organized, diligent, and relentless about follow-through
- Able to drive momentum without formal authority
