Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic Project Management team. This role involves delivering complex engineering projects across the offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable energy, and defence sectors.
Core Duties
- Lead project teams in planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior engineering or project management role within the offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable energy, and defence sectors.
- A strong technical background with expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Prior proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
