Position Summary

Mandai Wildlife Group’s Mandai X seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape engaging experiences across the Ranger Buddies ecosystem—digital, physical, and hybrid. You will blend strong UX thinking with creative experimentation to foster learning, engagement, and conservation impact.

Responsibilities

  • Shape user-centered design solutions that enhance the Ranger Buddies experience
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, educators, and leadership to translate insights into delightful experiences
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation in product development
  • Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and align with conservation goals
  • Evaluate and iterate on user feedback to improve the Ranger Buddies ecosystem

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across digital, physical, and hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
  • Experience in creating engaging educational content for diverse audiences
  • Aptitude for creative problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
  • Passion for conservation and commitment to sustainable practices
