Mortgage Account Executive

About the Role

As a Mortgage Account Executive at Knock, you'll own outbound prospecting and partner enablement, introducing the Knock Bridge Loan™ to lenders and brokers across the country. Operating in a B2B2C model, you'll drive loan application volume through steady outreach, education, and trusted relationships — directly advancing our mission to modernize the path to homeownership. This is a hunting role for someone who thrives on building new business from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Run cold outbound outreach that turns prospects into active lending partners generating loan applications
• Lead recurring meetings and training with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, brokers, and agents
• Hit or surpass monthly targets within your assigned territory, with a baseline of 70 loan applications per month
• Grow top-of-funnel activity and spark both new and repeat applications through strategic initiatives
• Track and report on outreach, partnerships, leads, and application metrics
• Work cross-functionally to deliver a smooth experience for partners and their customers

Qualifications

• Recent lending experience or an active NMLS license required
• Hands-on experience working directly with lenders; SaaS sales background is a strong plus
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals via cold outbound pipeline building
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Minimum 2 years of business development or growth experience; high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success on a fully remote, distributed team
