About the Role As a Mortgage Account Executive at Knock, you'll own outbound prospecting and partner enablement, introducing the Knock Bridge Loan™ to lenders and brokers across the country. Operating in a B2B2C model, you'll drive loan application volume through steady outreach, education, and trusted relationships — directly advancing our mission to modernize the path to homeownership. This is a hunting role for someone who thrives on building new business from scratch. Key Responsibilities Run cold outbound outreach that turns prospects into active lending partners generating loan applications Lead recurring meetings and training with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, brokers, and agents Hit or surpass monthly targets within your assigned territory, with a baseline of 70 loan applications per month Grow top-of-funnel activity and spark both new and repeat applications through strategic initiatives Track and report on outreach, partnerships, leads, and application metrics Work cross-functionally to deliver a smooth experience for partners and their customers Qualifications Recent lending experience or an active NMLS license required Hands-on experience working directly with lenders; SaaS sales background is a strong plus Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals via cold outbound pipeline building Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills Minimum 2 years of business development or growth experience; high school diploma or equivalent Proven success on a fully remote, distributed team About Knock Founded in 2015, Knock has become a trusted partner to thousands of homebuyers and a network of 60,000+ loan officers and agents nationwide.
