Product Marketing Senior Manager

Binance is hiring a Product Marketing Senior Manager to lead go-to-market strategy across our portfolio of digital-asset products, based in Taiwan or the United Arab Emirates. This full-time role puts you at the center of how the world's leading blockchain ecosystem reaches and grows its global audience.

About the Role

As Product Marketing Senior Manager at Binance, you will own the strategy and execution that brings multiple Binance products to market. You'll define goals, sharpen positioning, and translate market insight into growth programs that move real business metrics—all while building and mentoring a team of exceptional product marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end go-to-market approach across a range of Binance products.
• Set objectives, identify target audiences, and craft positioning and messaging that drives measurable growth.
• Partner closely with business, marketing, and regional teams to hit shared priorities and outcomes.
• Collect competitive, market, and customer intelligence to shape product roadmaps, plans, and campaigns.
• Act as the voice of the customer, elevating the user experience at every touchpoint.
• Build and run insight-led marketing programs that influence customer behavior and product goals across channels.
• Advance a culture of experimentation by designing scalable tests, then optimizing and scaling based on results.
• Recruit, coach, and grow a world-class product marketing team.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for and experience within the cryptocurrency space and community.
• A proven history of leading launches and campaigns that delivered meaningful business impact.
• Collaborative leadership with a track record of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Sharp business judgment and hands-on familiarity with analytical concepts such as LTV and incrementality.
• The ability to distill insights and use them to shape important decisions.
• A resourceful, scrappy operating style—you unblock yourself and think creatively about every challenge.
• Comfort working at both strategic and operational levels while consistently meeting or beating targets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with every kind of stakeholder.
• A self-starter mindset with urgency and an entrepreneurial spirit.
