Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Shape multi-channel campaigns that target priority European customer segments and drive both acquisition and retention.
• Analyse performance data and market signals to refine targeting, messaging and channel mix for continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales, product and regional commercial teams to ensure growth programmes align with commercial priorities.
• Oversee planning and execution of customer nurture journeys, loyalty activities and expansion programmes.
• Present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, adjusting tactics as conditions evolve.
• Manage budgets and agency or internal resources to deliver campaigns on time and on target.
