About This Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Lifeguard to join our Aquatic Centre team. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of water safety and customer service while leading by example in creating a positive experience for our community.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor swim areas to prevent accidents and enforce rules
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
- Train and mentor junior lifeguards
- Assist in the planning and implementation of aquatic programs and events
What You Bring
- Passion for water safety and customer service
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
