Position Summary
Murdoch University is seeking experienced professionals to fill two positions within our Small Animal Surgery team. These roles are for either a Soft Tissue or Orthopaedics focus, or someone who enjoys all aspects of surgery. The team consists of two board-certified surgeons and provides specialist referral services across various surgical disciplines including soft tissue, oncologic, orthopaedic, and neurosurgical cases.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A recognized veterinary degree from a reputable institution
- Board-certification or eligibility for board certification in Small Animal Surgery
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in small animal surgery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong surgical skills and a proven track record in clinical practice
- Experience in teaching and mentorship is highly desirable
- Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
