Senior Logistics Strategy and Integration Consultant

LMI is hiring a Senior Logistics Strategy and Integration Consultant to support a Customs and Border Protection office in Washington, D.C. This full-time role advances critical border security operations in the National Capital Region, helping protect America's borders while enabling the safe and efficient movement of people and goods.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Logistics Strategy and Integration Consultant, you'll develop strategic approaches to complex logistics challenges, working directly with CBP leadership to implement changes that enhance both security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend logistics strategies to optimize border facility operations and resource deployment
• Analyze current logistics processes and supply chain functions to uncover efficiency improvements
• Coordinate with CBP and other government stakeholders to develop and execute integrated solutions
• Assess logistics capabilities and infrastructure at border facilities
• Prepare strategic analyses and recommendations for leadership decision-making
• Support the implementation and integration of new logistics procedures and systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance or demonstrated ability to obtain one
• Experience in logistics strategy, supply chain consulting, or government operations roles
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across government agencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-directed approach to problem-solving and implementation
