Caraway is hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Influencer Strategy to lead the vision and expansion of our paid creator channel from anywhere in the United States (nationwide) (nationwide). If you blend creator-economy fluency with sharp performance-marketing instincts, this role puts you at the center of how influencer partnerships fuel growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Influencer, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and results of Caraway's paid influencer program. You'll define how creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms translate into customer acquisition, revenue, and brand momentum—operating fluidly between high-level vision and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the paid influencer roadmap and accountability for performance against growth targets.
  • Build testing frameworks spanning creators, content formats, platforms, and audience segments.
  • Manage forecasting, budget allocation, and investment decisions to scale efficiently.
  • Surface fresh opportunities to drive incremental acquisition and revenue.
  • Curate a diversified creator portfolio across tiers and lead negotiations on partnerships, usage rights, and long-term deals.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights, and partner with Brand, Growth, Creative, and Product teams on launches and priorities.
  • Track creator-economy trends and recommend where to invest next.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
  • A track record of owning and scaling a paid influencer channel with measurable revenue and acquisition impact.
  • End-to-end experience managing influencer partnerships at scale.
  • Strong command of performance marketing, attribution, incrementality, and measurement—evaluating channels against CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and incremental revenue.
  • Comfort managing sizable budgets and making investment calls grounded in business results.
  • Deep knowledge of platform ecosystems and emerging social trends, plus exceptional analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Omni preferred); thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
