Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Acosta Group is hiring a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to lead our human resources operations in Lake Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time position where you'll serve as a strategic HR leader supporting our regional field operations and driving people-focused initiatives across the organization.

About the Role

As Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you'll take ownership of the HR function serving our Lake Dallas region. You're the go-to HR leader for our field operations teams, providing expert guidance on employee matters, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Your work directly impacts how we attract, develop, retain, and support our workforce while ensuring we operate within legal and policy frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic HR leadership and counsel to regional field operations on employment relations, workplace policies, and personnel matters
• Manage Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, reductions in force, facility transitions, and related organizational changes
• Oversee safety, health, and workers' compensation programs and compliance requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation that align with company standards and legal requirements
• Partner with operational leaders to address employee relations challenges and build a positive workplace culture
• Coordinate with HR colleagues and corporate functions to ensure consistent, effective HR delivery across the region
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR leadership role
• Deep knowledge of employment law, EEO regulations, workers' compensation, and workplace safety compliance
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and terminations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to develop and administer HR policies and procedures
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to balance business needs with employee and legal considerations
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
