About This Position

Arlo Hotels, an independent lifestyle hotel brand, is seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and driven by purpose, with a proven ability to produce innovative designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and values.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and execute visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital media.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and other departments to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
