You'll join a focused, high-impact team at a venture capital firm known for its strong market presence and forward-looking approach to enterprise tech investing. What You'll Do
- Execute fund accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and fund performance documentation
- Reconcile accounts and validate financial data across portfolio positions
- Support valuation processes, capital calls, and distribution activities
- Collaborate with portfolio companies, investors, and service providers on financial matters
- Complete month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in fund accounting or financial operations in venture capital or private equity
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles, GAAP, and investment accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent accounting credential preferred
