Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complete full-stack features that connect frontend experiences with backend services
• Collaborate with product, design and fellow engineering colleagues to turn requirements into production-ready solutions
• Perform code reviews, enforce testing standards and promote clean architecture across the codebase
• Diagnose performance issues and apply optimisations spanning client and server components
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share practical knowledge that elevates team capability
• Integrate external services, manage data storage layers and support reliable deployments
• Take part in planning cycles to estimate work and ship incremental improvements on predictable timelines

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive professional practice as a Senior Full Stack Engineer delivering production applications
• Deep fluency with contemporary frontend practices including semantic markup, styles and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proven strength in backend languages, API design, relational or document databases and service orchestration
• Comfort with version control workflows, automated testing and continuous delivery pipelines
• Clear communication skills that translate technical trade-offs into actionable team decisions
• Curiosity about emerging tools and a commitment to refining full-stack craft through ongoing learning
