Senior Field Marketing Specialist

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to drive growth and market presence across North America from our Chicago Heights, Illinois office. In this full-time role, you'll develop and execute strategic field marketing initiatives that connect our business development efforts, amplify our brand, and shape industry conversations—reporting directly into a collaborative, global marketing organization.

About the Role

As Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you'll own the planning and delivery of field marketing campaigns and events across North America. You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy and business development, ensuring that field programs generate qualified opportunities, reinforce brand positioning, and deepen relationships within key markets and customer segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and regional conferences
• Partner with business development teams to align marketing activities with growth targets and sales priorities
• Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy and messaging
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and ROI measurement to optimize program performance
• Create and oversee marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content supporting field initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders across the North American region
• Use data and insights to refine messaging, identify emerging opportunities, and strengthen market positioning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of field marketing, B2B marketing, or marketing strategy experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through measurement
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple events and initiatives
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and comfort interpreting data to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions and levels
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a matrixed, distributed team environment
• Familiarity with the software, IT services, or technology consulting industry a plus
